     On April 23, the "2023 Guangdong Province Optoelectronics Industry High-Quality Development Conference" hosted by the Guangdong Optoelectronics Technology Association was grandly held in Guangzhou. This conference is the highest-level, authoritative and influential annual event in the Guangdong optoelectronics industry. Director Hua Xuchu, member of the Party Leadership Group of the Guangdong Association for Science and Technology, attended the conference and delivered a speech. He and the guests made the most cutting-edge observations and interpretations of the industry. At the same time, the conference held the 2022 Guangdong Province Optoelectronics Technology Association Science and Technology Award Ceremony.Hongli Bingyi's project "Research and Development of All-Inorganic Packaged Ultraviolet Light-Emitting Diodes" won the first prize of the 2022 Technological Invention Award of the Guangdong Optoelectronic Technology Association.

Guangzhou Hongli Bingyi Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. has been deeply engaged in product innovation and technological innovation since its establishment in 2013. As we all know, the development of UV-LED chips, especially deep ultraviolet LED chips, is difficult, and there are also many technical problems in packaging. The fully inorganic packaged UV light-emitting diode launched by Hongli Binyi has the following two significant features:

1. The packaging material contains 100% no organic materials.

2. Airtight packaging can be achieved.


Because inorganic materials are used as packaging materials, the risks of lens drop and secondary reflow abnormality (solder paste) in high-power products using semi-inorganic packaging technology are solved, and the combination of lens and substrate is realized. The light decay problem caused by organic materials and the failure problem caused by moisture and heat stress are greatly reduced.

And because airtight packaging is achieved, we can achieve vacuum packaging and inert gas packaging. It also allows our products to face the inspection of the automotive industry standard AEC-Q102 with more confidence. At this meeting, General Manager Wu Qian said: “Hongli Binyi’s all-inorganic packaged UV light-emitting diode products have achieved a leakage rate of less than 1×10-In the case of Pam3/s, the yield can reach over 98%, so it is the UV-LED packaging product most likely to pass AEC-Q102.”
